DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING REFUNDS ON MULTIPLE ORDERS?
At the moment, we do not offer shipping refunds on multiple orders placed by a single customer. If you would like to purchase multiple items, please include them in one order or be prepared to pay the shipping + handling cost for each order placed.
WHAT ARE YOUR PROCESSING TIMES?
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Generally, our processing times are 5-10 business days. Pre-order items have a lead-time of 14-21 days.
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES?
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?
If you take care of your earrings, they will take care of you. The clay is sturdy but please be gentle with it. Do not bend or drop. Do not sleep or shower with earrings. High humidity can tarnish the metal hardware. Keep away from solvents (cleaners, hairsprays, etc.) Clean with just a damp cloth when needed.
DO YOU OFFER CLIP-ON OPTIONS?
Yes! Any earring that has an earring wire/hook can be converted to a clip-on earring. After purchase, just send us a message requesting the clip on conversion.
ARE YOUR EARRINGS HYPOALLERGENIC?
All our earrings are made with polymer clay and the hardware is gold plated brass, gold stainless steel or gold-filled . We use stainless steel post which are hypoallergenic by nature. However, if you have extra sensitive skin, we suggest proceeding with caution. We can not be held responsible for allergic reactions to the materials used.
